Harbour Strategies (HK) Limited has been established in Hong Kong to work at the intersection of global trade, logistics, technical engineering and industrial procurement. The founding team brings experience across offshore energy, civil aviation supply, shipbuilding and cross-border trade structuring, gathered over years of project work on several continents.
The rationale for a single firm covering these areas is practical. Complex projects routinely need equipment sourced, moved, cleared and financed as one connected problem, and handing that between specialist vendors is where schedules and accountability tend to fall apart. Our intention is to hold the whole path in one place — and to be straightforward with clients about where our capability is deep and where it is still being built.
